As a key part of the R&D team, you will be developing 2k chemical fastening adhesives for the construction sector and will be working on a regular pipeline of projects throughout the year for a range of applications, ensuring you can develop yourself technically and become an expert in the field.

• Develop, formulate and manufacture 2k systems based upon polurethane
• Team of 14 for the area you will be joining including PhD Chemists, Lab Workers and Applications Engineers
• Diverse team environment with Turkish, India, Australian, German and French nationals

Responsibilites:

• Feasability studies, raw material sourcing, and hands-on lab work to develop a new chemical fastening system
• Plant scale-up and supervision of prototype testing
• Participating in the development of technology roadmaps and monitoring market trends
• Hands-on formulation of 2k adhesives

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in formulations development of adhesives
• Degree in Chemistry
• Knowledge of chemical fastening essential
• Fluent German
