Job Details
Applications are invited for two positions at Professor / Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer level.
Minimum qualification/requirements/criteria:
• An appropriate PhD or equivalent
• Teaching experience at tertiary level
• Evidence of published research in ISI accredited journals
• Evidence of scholarly leadership
• Proven experience in postgraduate supervision (including at PhD level)
• Proven experience in service applicable in the university context
Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to participate in teaching all aspects of the discipline at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, maintain an active research profile and participate in the administration of the School, Faculty and University.
Remuneration: A generous remuneration package which includes a retirement fund, medical aid, leave, bonus and study benefits, subject to the University's rules and regulations.
