Libraries and Learning Services (LLS)

Libraries and Learning Services (LLS) requires an Administrator and an Executive Assistant to provide day to day administrative support within LLS Corporate Services and executive support for the University Librarian and Director of Libraries and Learning Services.

This position requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative experience with a strong commitment to providing high quality service will be expected.

This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and integrity while managing multiple tasks.   Excellent computing skills, communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to work well in a team will ensure success in this role.

This is a permanent level 4 professional staff position and will be located at the General Library.
