Job Details
Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure and IT colleagues, the role will be responsible for implementation of an appropriate infrastructure designed to deliver robust Storage provision.
You will create and lead a team to develop, support and maintain storage solutions in response to customer requirements, which will involve building excellent working relationships with the key customer groups/business owners to support the business needs.
A key aspect of the role will be to ensure that services are clearly articulated in the Service Catalogue with operational level agreements, measured and monitored to ensure Continual Service Improvements are made.
The role will be a visible and effective leader upholding the IT Behavioural Framework and the University‘s Leadership and Management Standard
