NEWLY APPROVED PRODUCT - Sales Director - France

My client, a Canadian Pharmaceutical Company with its European HQ in Switzerland, has just had a very exciting new product approved in Europe for sale and they are now looking for a Sales Director in France to manager the product's distribution across La Héxagone.

You will most likely be a strong leader who has in depth experience with pharmaceutical sales in France and someone who knows how to communicate with hospitals at all levels. You will use your hospital network to increase sales and use your experience to mentor your team of Key Account Managers.

You will also:

  • Work under the supervision and in collaboration with the Sales Director EU to put in place effective sales processes
  • Cultivate and develop effective business relationships with senior influencers and key decision makers across each account
  • Develop a consistent strategy in relation to: pricing, discounting and service provision

Your profile:

  • 8-12 years experience in pharmaceutical/medical device sales
  • Management experience
  • Fluent French and English
  • Strong hospital network in France
