Regional Bus Dev Manager - Family Feel Company

My client is looking for a candidate to join their company as a Regional Business Development Manager. The company have a global presence and are currently expanding their woundcare division throughout the UK as well as internationally. You will be joining a company that operates globally but is expanding its smaller medical division particularly internationally. With a smaller force operating with the UK you will be in a family feel environment and will have a fantastic opportunity to have input into future plans while working autonomously in your role. The company are keen to bring on board someone resilient and confident who can grow with the company in the long term. It's a great chance to experience a smaller company environment with the backing of investment in the continued development of its unique woundcare solutions.

The territory will be based in the North East of England but will involve travel internationally a few days per month.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a strong background of work with woundcare products
  • Ideally be based in the North East
  • Previous international sales experience ideally in EU countries
  • Previous experience conducting business deals with distributors

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing relationships with KOL's and primary care professionals in the territory
  • Growing revenue in your territory by creating new business relations
  • Driving sales growth in the region
  • Business development internationally
