They have recently opened up a small division focusing on the development and manufacture of of inkjet inks for industrial applications and are seeing great success in this area, so in the future they will look for motivated formulations developers to transfer internally to this division and help with the development of the next generation of inks, meaning you have the opportunity to develop new skills and expertise in the future.

Your role as Inks Formulations Developer will be to act as the key point of contact for all waterborne inks in the company's product range working as part of a 7 person team in the laboratory. With about 60% of your time spent in the laboratory doing hands-on formulations development, you will also be conducting ongoing market analysis to check on competitive products on the market, managing new technology projects through to product launch and keeping close contact with the applications engineering team to work on customer-specific projects.


  • Completed practical training as Lacklaborant or an academic degree in Chemistry
  • 4 years experience in formulations development
  • Good practical knowledge of waterborne inks essential
  • Minimuim B2 level German
