Emergency Medicine Physician
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine is currently seeking a full-time academic emergency physician to pursue education interests in the provision of emergency care.
The department is currently comprised of over 30 full-time academic faculty members with a range of research interests, including undergraduate/graduate medical education, health services, out-of-hospital care, communication, safety and operational sciences, cardiovascular disease, infection disease, thromboembolic disorders, and more.
Preference will be given to candidates with fellowship training or post-graduate work supporting a career in education leadership, and a proven ability to direct an education program.
This is a full-time faculty position in the clinician-educator track of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The candidate is required to be eligible to be appointed to the medical staff and work clinically in the Department of Emergency Medicine. The nominee will be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor commensurate with experience, training, and achievement.
