Academic Services Coordinator

A secondment opportunity has arisen in the Faculty of Arts to act as the Academic Services Coordinator until December 2018. Working as a member of the Student and Academic Services team, you will support with coordinating and managing academic administration processes for the faculty in association with schools and disciplines, and with central Academic Services. We are looking for a highly motivated member of the University’s professional staff with proven excellent planning and organisational skills to join a team of five Academic Service Coordinators. 

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified and will have demonstrated skills and experience working across teams, ability to problem solve and excellent attention to detail. Candidates with knowledge and experience of Student Services Online (SSO) and proficiency in Microsoft suite of packages as well as familiarity University timetabling and room booking processes will be strongly be considered.
