Job Details

My client, a global manufacturer that distributes products for the medical industry is looking for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER to strengthen its team of technicians for new and existing maintenance contracts.

The Company distributes medical devices all over the world by reaching millions of patients each year with innovative products. Therefore the candidate will have the opportunity to work with a truly realistic industry, focusing on different product lines, thus gaining very specific skills.

The field technical specialist will be responsible for:

  • Achieving the goals in terms of service and quality of the maintenance contracts
  • Tracking equipment in the assigned area to plan and optimise service and business costs
  • Promptly assuring the set-up of new equipment
  • Identifying key customers where there is a need or potential for service and develop strategies in collaboration with the Head of the Technical Service

Skills required:


  • One year of experience as an electromechanical technician preferably in the medical industry
  • Technical analysis, communication, planning and targeting capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Bio-medical Engineering is the preferential title
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
