Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - CH

Recruiting: a business analyst who wants to step into a Sales Force Effectiveness position in a newly created position for a leading pharmaceutical company.

You will be involved in a multitude of tasks such as the analysis of the sales force and whether a programme needs to be installed which will build on your previous experience as Business Analyst. Moreover, you will have to evaluate how the sales representatives are working in the field and whether this could be improved. This opportunity will see you being involved with different business units across the business and you will be exposed to various seniorities.

You must have previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as well as experience calculating the effectiveness of the sales force.

Need: fluency in German & French & English.

You will be based in either Geneva or Zug.
