Job Details
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work in a key area of student support within Higher Education. You will work within a Teaching and Student Support Team, working closely with administrative and academic colleagues. You will provide administrative support for a range of areas of undergraduate and postgraduate admissions and student activities. This will include working with academic colleagues on the production of examination question papers, undertaking student attendance monitoring, and supporting postgraduate admissions. You will also provide support for student activities including supporting the personal tutorial system, supporting examination boards and supporting online module choice. You will have excellent customer service skills with experience of responding efficiently and effectively with enquiries. You will have excellent IT skills, and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of student administration would be advantageous.
