Job Details
The Student Marketing Team is responsible for leading and coordinating the University’s promotional and marketing activities at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in respect of its annual intake of approximately 7,000 students.
The successful applicant will support the work of the Publications team on student recruitment marketing activities across print, web and social media. The post-holder will also work closely with the UK Recruitment Team on publicity materials required for events such as post offer visit days, regional post offer holder events and Open Days. Other activities will include supporting on key publications - sourcing, writing and editing copy, designing communications and ensuring they are relevant and accessible to targeted audiences worldwide.
The post-holder will have experience of print and design, and working on publications from inception to completion. The successful applicant will have good editorial skills and the ability to tailor writing style to the needs of particular markets. Planning and organisational skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
