Team Manager-CIN Team-Development, Progression

Salary up to £46,007 per annum, through development and progression.

My client is a Local Authority in Berkshire that is looking to bring on board new team members across their children's services. With a recently released 'Good' OFSTED they are taking advantage of this hallmark of excellence to attract Child In Need specialists.

Their approach to child protection has resulted in noticeable improvements. Reduced cases, giving you the time and opportunity to drive great outcomes for services users. In addition, the OFSTED rating this is a guarantee for the high standard of work there, giving your CV a decisive edge in future applications.

Qualified Social Workers with experience in child protection and assessment completion will be of great interest to my client. You'll need to be HCPC registered and be a car driver. Do not hesitate to get your CV across, as shortlisting will take place next week.

Ideal experience:

  • Working in a multi-agency setting
  • Develop and implement appropriate plans and assessments g. Section 17 and Section 47,
  • Experience in a Child Protection team e.g Locality, Safeguarding etc.
