Regulatory Affairs Director, Establishing EU Regulatory Operations, Start-Up, Cash Rich with Established Products

Wanting to broaden your horizons in regulatory? Interested in learning more about the whole business? Be involved with commercial, due diligence, operations, supply chain and QA?

This is a position with a long term client of mine who are in the process of setting up EU regulatory operations. The position has come about due to the current head moving up towards a non-regulatory function. As such, we are looking for an experienced RA professional who is up for the challenge of leading current LCM activities while helping to set up new MAs for the EMA. The company are financially strong, growing and have many new products pending.

I strongly recommend this role for someone looking to break their comfort zone, who is keen on a commercially focused RA role. One key point to highlight in this company is that you will get a lot of coverage for regulatory activities in the long run and as such, it's a strong place for someone who has aspirations that go beyond RA. Please contact me if 'in principle' you could be interested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new RA operations for the EMA
  • Management of an established portfolio
  • Hands on and strategic responsibilities for RA
  • Management of a small team

Key Requirements:

  • Over 10 years experience in regulatory affairs
  • Strong experience in post marketing for Rx pharma products for the EMA or FDA
  • Life science degree
  • Business English
  • Mindset for a small pharma company
