Our client, a local authority based near Greater Manchester area is looking for a IRO Team Manager for its Safeguarding Team. - Managing safeguarding risks
- Managing the quality assurance of work in the team
- Maintain high quality of service
This local authority is focused on reducing caseloads for all. You will be leading a team of social workers, each carrying a caseload of 18. This will allow you to regularly supervise and develop you team effectively, in order for you to make a difference for the service users.
