Job Details
Working as an integral member of the IT Executive Leadership Team you will be responsible for all advanced and high performance computing services and specialist IT support for research. You will have responsibility for leading collaboration, within the University and wider Higher Education sector, to connect diverse groups of academics with progressive computer technology and expertise in the translation of cutting-edge methods and shared research infrastructure.
You will lead teams that champion and promote best practice and innovation in the field of Research IT, supporting our diverse academic and research communities. With experience and aptitude to take a lead on behalf of the University in the national computing ecosystem, you will cement the role of Leeds in driving continuous sector wide improvements in UK e-infrastructure.
