Work from home for part of the week in a Referral & Assessment team so you can work in the comfort of your own home, which is going to allow you to get things done quicker and save on commuting back from the office so you can spend more time with your family and friends.
They are also doing 9-12 month contracts, which means you'll be in a secure stable locum post so you don't have to worry about looking for a position in the next 3-6 months like usual contracted posts. Telephone interviews are also able to be done within 48 hours depending on your availability in order to save you time having to commute to the office, so in case you have work or commitment you won't have to take the whole day off.
