Quality Assurance Manager, Electronic Devices

On behalf of a worldwide client based in Switzerland NonStop Recruitment is looking for a talented individual from the mobile phone industry. This role will be taking over from the current manager as they take on a new, more senior, role at the R&D site. You will be given a handover period to get up to speed and then opportunity to develop the team around you.

The role will be working with research and development sites across the world and promises an interesting position where you can develop and look to progress your career. This company are one of the leaders in their field and really off you an opportunity to get involved with the key development in electronic devices.

Key duties for this role include:
* Governing the electronic manufacturing and device component quality, global QA device performance and manufacturing KPI's and driving global opportunities for improvement (Device).
* Functional management of 4 direct and 2 indirect reports.
* Serve as the company interface for critical suppliers regarding quality, reliability, product failures, and customer issue resolution
* Direct and oversee failure analysis activities

We are looking for a confident leader with a background in quality assurance for mobile devices development and/or manufacturing and international experience. We can offer a competitive package as well as a relocation package.
