This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a high Management position for a global organisation. Working closely with the plant manager, your role will be focused on handling the management of packaging while leading a team of over 50 people.

Main duties include:

* Management of one of the packages
* Ongoing process and cost optimization
* Responsibility for Qualifications / Validations
* Reporting on production management
* Disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of up to 60 employees
* Budget responsibility and capacity planning

Regarding experience, my client is looking for an individual with strong leadership skills in packing within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry together with high personal responsibility and very good communication skills. This is an English and German speaking environment and experience in Germany or the EU is needed together with fluency in both languages.
