PhDResearch Project in Biosciences (Systems Medicine)
The PhD will exploit and extend the capabilities of systems biology approaches developed by Anaxomics for clinical applications within the framework of the H2020-COSMIC project. The candidate will design, develop and validate new algorithms in network-based machine learning and graph theory for immunological diseases research and clinical diagnostic applications.
The candidate will develop novel approaches to incorporate different spatiotemporal scales using machine learning techniques.
The appointment is with Anaxomics Biotech S.L. sited in the centre of Barcelona. You will be appointed as fulltime PhD for 40 hours per week.
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA) programme offers competitive and attractive salary and working conditions.
