Job Details
The Human Genetics and Genomic Medicine theme is part of the Human Development and Health (HDH) Academic Unit, part of the Faculty of Medicine and located at Southampton University Hospital site. The appointee will benefit from interaction with the co-located Genomic Informatics group and other groups within HDH undertaking a range of transcriptomic and epigenetic studies in both humans and animal models. The applicant will join a team working in this field.
Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD.Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
