Are you solutions focussed with a positive approach and the ability to inspire others?

 You will manage the Enquiries Team, its workload and processes and lead the team in providing a professional and high quality first-line support and advice service. The team is responsible for the pre-applicant and applicant enquiries across the Admissions Service and acts as the first point of contact for the majority of enquiries to the University. You will be responsible for applicant communications, including, up to and beyond the point of offer, instilling a strong customer service focus within the team and forging links with the Admissions Service as a whole and colleagues across the University.You will bring experience of leading and inspiring a team and will have worked in a customer focussed environment. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences, as well as having experience in reviewing and continually improving processes.
