Larger responsibilities on your mind? Hoping for a next step towards KAM-leadership and, eventually, senior commercial roles? NonStop are currently recruiting for the Specialty Care BU of a top-20 pharmaceutical company, supporting a search for a National Sales Director, Hospital Care.


This is a senior Sales Management role with exposure across the specialty pharmaceutical business, including specialist Doctors in Clinic and Practice as well as head pharmacists and hospital buyers. To help drive a high-performing team of experienced KAMs to results, you will ideally enjoy developing new strategies, thinking "outside the box" and assessing your work in proven metrics. Proven experience in people-management is a key requirement of the role, as well as clear understanding of the research pharmaceutical business, if possible in a hospital setting.


This could be a perfect chance to develop from a regional to a national-level role; with increased exposure to Medical and Marketing departments, it will also set you up ideally for a more senior commercial position in the next years.
