Regulatory Affairs Specialist - famous company

For our client one of the world's leading crop protection and specialist seeds companies in Europe we are currently looking for an experienced Regulatory Scientist with team leading experience.

The role will be based in Austria so knowledge of German language is required.

You main responsibilities will include:

* Management and coordination of tasks, involving the relevant regulatory leaders and engaging if necessary with external contractors
* You will be responsible for risk assessment, data generation, study monitoring and refinements (Annex II & III)
* In your daily tasks you will be taking care of active substance and product dossier preparation including data gap analysis, technical positioning and refinements, etc.,
* Responding to questions raised by authorities, industry and authority meetings, communication of new guidance and training of technical aspects will be another field of your daily responsibilities
* You will be working in a cross-functional team to deliver new product development projects on-time

Experience needed:

* Understanding of European Regulation 1107 and EU technical regulatory guidance
* Extensive scientific knowledge in regulatory technical area(s), preferably environmental fate or Ecotoxicology or consumer safety
* Education background in relevant field
* Several years of experience in similar role
* Ability to understand complex scientific problems and promote solutions
* Strong communication skills
* Team competence and willingness to work in an international environment
* Proficiency in English and German language (at least in level C1 EU Standard).
