KA/180813/1 - Head of Graphics & Design - Leading Dental Creativity - South West Germany

A rare opportunity with a highly respected dental company has become available as a Head of Graphics & Design. This position will see you leading a small team of creative and graphic designers, as well as leading the way for dental campaigns and advertising strategies on an international level. Based in South West Germany, you will be responsible for liaising closely with the Swiss office and travelling all around the world to see your artwork and brand designs come to life. Not only will this give you the sense of achievement through of seeing your work become a reality, it will also give you the satisfaction of knowing your work is helping to create a better dental market for the wider population.

As the Head of Graphics & Design, you will need to have the aspirations to become a Creative Director as that is the career progression this position can offer you. If you've already worked in an agency and have some great ideas on how to produce the best graphics and brochures out there then my client wants to hear from you.

This dental company will give you the platform you need to exercise your creative flare and develop your leadership skills, giving you flexibility in your role to make executive decisions and feel proud of the work you're doing.

In order to apply for this Head of Graphics & Design position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience within graphic design
  • Previous experience working in an agency and leading small teams
  • Previous experience in the dental sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Fluency in English and German. Other languages will also make you stand out
  • An eye for corporate design and proven experience in building relationships with external partners
  • This position will be office based close to Stuttgart with occasional travel on an international level. Candidates living between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe with the ability to be mobile will be preferred
