Job Background
This role is a chance to move away from the standard editorial or medical writer position, giving you an opportunity to step into a multifaceted role within the area of strategic publication planning. Primary Details
This role will put you at the forefront of the company's operations within publication planning, giving you the opportunity to use your experience to make a difference within the department. You will work alongside fellow members of the management team to provide strategic direction for high-profile pharmaceutical clients whilst providing internal leadership for your team. Working in a range of therapy areas you will be a key decision maker whilst also working to develop members of your team, identifying areas for improvement and acting upon it. So overall this role presents an opportunity to move outside the standard positions available within scientific publishing and medical communications whilst also working with one of the premier global independent medical communications agencies.
Necessary Experience
In order to be considered for this position it will be necessary for you to have experience working as a medical writer or an editor within scientific publishing. You will have a strong academic background with PhD preferred. You will be capable of providing leadership to a team.
