NonStop Pharma is currently looking, on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company, for a Commercial Director for their Italian affiliate.

The company owns a wide range of products, all commercialised through the local pharmacies' and parapharmacies' channel, and is aiming to further expand their business in Italy. The professional will be in charge of such expansion plan and will be carrying the weight of the project on its shoulder.

Therefore if you do see yourself as a very entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, this is probably the right position for yourself and your future development.

Your targets and tasks:

* Responsible for the further development of sales/revenue and the achievement of sales targets in the country
* Specialist management and support of approx. 10-20 sales representatives in Italy (Nielsen 1,2,3)
* Continuous development attitude (coaching, performance management) and lead of the pharmacy field sales
* Independent field compliance with the overarching company strategy
* Monitoring and reporting target achievements, activities and further KPIs

We are ideally looking for the following skill set:

* University Degree
* Successful and professional experience within people management
* Expertise within "Canale Farmacia"
* Leadership experience of sales representatives - agenti
* Native in Italian, business fluent in English
* Proven track record with SME
