Medical Affairs Executive - Established Pharmaceutical Business


My client is a leading European pharmaceutical company and is looking for a Central Medical Affairs Executive. to join their successful business.

Working for our client you will be operating a well-established European infrastructure and be contributing towards development, manufacture. You will be contributing towards product commercialisation while supporting gastroenterology, hepatology, cancer and supportive care therapy areas which will greatly reflect on your professional profile.


Your main responsibilities will include a supporting a provision of Central Medical Affairs services and provide scientific support to the Global functions within departments; this will allow the autonomy and flexibility at work.

Key requirements:

* A qualified pharmacist with European registration or similar scientific degree qualification is essential for the job
* Experience of working in medical affairs preferred (but not necessary)
*Knowledge of regulations as applicable to the provision of medical information to healthcare professionals and members of the public desirable
*Experience of Identifying adverse events and reports of special situations desirable
*Knowledge of applicable Codes of Practice and keeping up to date with applicable case law desirable

Key responsibilities :

  • Write and review materials including SRDs, DOF
  • Review materials for scientific accuracy
  • Contribute to training materials and the provision of training to internal staff and partners
  • Log and provide responses to inquiries from partners, affiliates and external customers
  • Perform literature searches
