Global Marketing Manager - Agrochemical Experience Needed

My client is a global player in the speciality sector, selling into the agrochemical industry. To support their growth they are looking for a senior Marketing expert, who want to be in charge of their global marketing strategy. This means that you will be in regular contact with many big names in the industry, allowing you to expand your network in the niche world of Agrochemicals.

Further you will be acting as a stand alone Manager, this means that there is a lot of room for you to shape the specific scope of this role, giving you a lot of autonomy and decision making freedom. The company is investing heavily in R&D and has strong growth plans ahead for this division, growing will pose new challenges from a marketing point of view and will give enough variation on a day to day basis.

As the role is global, their will be a lot of interaction with the US and Asia, also travel will be required up to 50%. The head office is based in Belgium and ideally you would be based their, however home-office is certainly an option if you have the right profile.

To be successful:
* At least 7 years of proven marketing experience within the agrochemical industry
* Have capabilities to manage a global marketing strategy
* Strong communication skills, so you can maintain contact with the key clients
* Fluency in English
* Willing to travel up to 50%
