Another great thing is that you will be joining leader in oral care but no scientific background is really required as you will be trained accordingly. You can come from either food or chemical background and have worked as a Product technologist or Technical Manager in a retail environment (like Sainsbury's or Tesco). It would be a great way to share your retail experience with the scientific gurus and get into a highly sought after profession.

You will be working in a Quality Assurance department and will liaise with various offices worldwide to make sure the products comply with all the relevant regulations. There will also be an opportunity to go into Regulatory Affairs department in the future if you wanted to which is very hard industry to get into normally.

* Knowledge of French, German or Chinese is a big bonus
