Once-in-a-lifetime Opportunity in Med Devices
Now, THIS is outstanding: I'm currently recruiting for a Preclinical Test Lab Manager for a medical devices start-up within complex cardiovascular devices.
You will be responsible of the planning and execution of all testing activities required by international standards and MD regulatory directives for the preclinical and clinical evaluation of innovative implantable for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
Although they're pretty new on the market, they are already FDA and CE approved and their growth perspective represents an incredible worldwide opportunity for the person who will join at the right moment.
The aim of their work is to kick-start the world of cardiovascular implantable; therefore they're looking for someone with great skills and expertise to take the challenge and really make the difference in the field.
The ideal candidate has:
* B.S. or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics or related disciplines
* Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in cardiovascular medical device testing and/or product development
* Experience in preclinical testing as per ISO 5840
* Experience in cardiovascular medical products is highly preferred
* Experience in Class III medical product development involving clinical studies
* Fluency in English is mandatory
The person will be based in Italy and will be supervising both the Italian and the American laboratories: therefore the flexibility to travel, even for long periods, is highly recommended.
