Duties and responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of OHS Management systems.
Assist OHS Officer with the contractors’ compliance during the construction stage.
Assist OHS Officer with the implementation of safety plan during the event.
Assist OHS Officer and Protection Services with the implementation of emergency and disaster plan and injury on duty management.
Assist OHS Officer with compensation commissioner documentations.
Assist OHS Officer to collect data and report monthly injury on duty statistics.
- Grade 12 or relevant National Certificate.
- SAMTRAC (NOSA) with at least one (1) years’ relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Computer literacy with knowledge of word, excel, outlook and power point.
Both verbal and non-vernal communication skills in English.
Interpersonal skills, strong persuasion and influencing skills.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Training.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation (OHS Act 85 of 1993).
Knowledge of emergency management system.
Knowledge of event management.
Assumption of duties:
