My client is a global and innovative medical and technical company that focuses on technologies for medical research and clinical laboratories to improve global healthcare.
To re-enforce the European Training and Support HUB in Belgium , they are looking for an E-learning content developer that loves to have a nice variety of tasks.

In the position as an E-Learning Developer you will work closely with the support team and specialists and working closely with the subject matter experts to design and build innovative and appropriate eLearning training courses for both clients and for internal use supported by the Learning Management system.

You will be working in an environment where you have the possibility to progress and develop yourself and grow into higher positions in the future. You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team so you can interact and learn from people with different backgrounds and you will communicate with staff at all levels which enables you to grow your network.

Main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* design and develop innovative eLearning modules for different types of learners, for internal and external purposes.

* You will work and develop storyboards, videos and audio files in line with business requirements.

* Interact with subject matters experts to collect the requirements, understand their challenges and develop content.

* A big part of the job will also be to work closely with our trainers to develop eLearning modules in line with our instructor led courses and virtual classes.

You have:
* Bachelor degree in e-learning engineering , instructional design or instructional technology(or equivelant experience)
* 2 years of experience in eLearning design and development
* Video editing and production skills
* Knowledge of eLearning related software such as Articulate Storyline 2 and 360, Camtasia
* Fluent, written and spoken, in English. (extra language is a plus)
