Officer: Client Services (post level 11/10)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with student registrations.
  • Handle account enquiries.
  • Journalise rectifications/changes to accounts
  • Keep record of enquiries dealt with.
  • Attend to the external clients enquiries.
  • Receive and provide information by telephone, email and walk-in requests
  • Inherent requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with Accounting with one (1) year relevant experience in the field of accounting, or
  • Grade 12 with Accounting and/or Mathematics with five (5) years’ relevant experience in the field of Accounting
  • Required competencies:

    • Computer literacy in MS Word, excel and Power Point.
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to function with ease in the University’s richly diverse working environment.

    Assumption of duties:
    As soon as possible.
