Our client is a premium Automotive brand, globally recognised for its quality and state-of-the-art products. They are based in Belgium which is their main office for the BeNeLux. The company is looking to hire a Sales - Financial Services. You will be working for a premium company which has excellent reputation across Benelux and internationally. This is a great chance to be working with some great experts in the industry and really take your career onto the next level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the finance penetration budget setting process
  • Regular analysis of key metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive FSP sales performance, achievement of KPIs and SLAs through regular analysis, action planning and reviews with key stakeholders
  • Developing the country pricing and dealer incentives strategy
  • Deliver appropriate marketing programmes
  • Maximise customer retention and loyalty through implementation of global customer loyalty strategy working closely with other departments
  • Manage, support and coach Field representatives

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Very good understanding of the Automotive Financial Services industry
  • A detailed knowledge of retail and wholesale retailer and customer financial products and services
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer focus

For this position our client is offering a competitive package of EUR 70,000 - EUR 75,000 per annum.
