My client in the north east of London is looking for a qualified social work team manager to join their child protection team on a permanent basis.
The client is a thriving local authority and their management team is all permanent, offering support and help to their social workers whenever they need it, and because they have been there for a few years, they can answer any questions quickly and effectively.
They are dedicated to making their social workers feel supported, and it shows! They have incredibly low staff turnover, with most of their staff permanent. They want their social workers to grow within their roles, and promote the training and development that they offer, helping their social workers in the future to be as successful as possible.
On top of the stability that they offer they are also offering:
* Low caseloads, with only a small amount going to court
* Mostly CIN Cases, helping to keep the pressure lower.
