Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to work as an Administrative Assistant within the University’s marketing team. The team is responsible for marketing delivery including the planning and management of the University’s open day events, management of a team of student ambassadors and student recruitment marketing activity targeting prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students. The team is also responsible for market research, insight and analysis. You will provide administrative and clerical support for the marketing team plus comprehensive PA duties for the Director of Marketing Services.You will have experience of working in an office environment and have strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and be an effective team worker. You must have a high level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail. You must also be computer literate and show a willingness to learn University systems.The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occassional weekend and evening working.
