Job Details
Duties
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Residence Services Division;
- Handling the switchboard and office reception;
- Responsible for purchasing and stock control;
- Responsible for asset management administration, as well as the distribution of internal communication within the Division.
Job Requirements
- A relevant post school qualification;
- At least three years’ experience in office administration and/or a client service environment;
- Working knowledge of creditors and debtors;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills;
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office programmes (Excel, Outlook and Word);
- Good planning and organisational skills;
- Excellent time mangement skills;
- The ability to function within a team;
- The ability to work independently.
Recommendation
- Knowledge of Stellenbosch University’s financial system;
- Ability to communicate in a third African language.
