Job Details

International Medical device manufacturer is looking to expand their largest head and neck trauma division and add an experienced sales professional for EastGerman territory (Berlin). Having already developed a strong market in Germany and become and the absolutely market leader in trauma and orthopaedics, they want to expand within DACH region and increase the market share.

Company's main portfolio is focused for trauma and orthobiologics (bone void fillers), cutting-edge products well accepted in DACH. The position will be focusing on Key Accounts in East Germany and will involve discussing products with doctors, hospitals professionals and surgeons.

It is a unique opportunity to join a market leading corporation with already established client base, which means you will get the commission, have chances to exceed it (more than 25.000 EUR). Also, there will be chances to progress into regional sales manager role, leading a team and expanding the structure in East Germany.

The role is quite technical as well, therefore if you are an experienced sales person in trauma, surgery or orthopaedics with interest in technical high-end products, this would be an excellent opportunity.

The main tasks will be:

  • Technical and Commercial Sales Support (through customer visits in East Germany/ Berlin)
  • Providing advice to existing key accounts
  • Being the customer contact for support + budgeting
  • Creating sales presentations and dealing with key accounts
  • Developing and analysing of area strategies

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in medical, surgical technology - trauma field
  • Native German, fluent English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great commercial awareness and strategic planning skills
