Job Details
Are you able to prioritise and work flexibly with limited direction to support a project with competing priorities and timescales?
The University is preparing for the implementation of in-year statutory student record returns through HESA Data Futures programme, in a project spanning Student Education Services and IT. You will provide administrative support to the HESA Data Futures project team to help facilitate and deliver the transformational change. The HESA Data Futures project will ensure the ability to continue to make robust and compliant Student Record returns to HESA on an in-year basis, meeting both HESA Data Futures requirements and Office for Student (OfS) conditions of registration. Returns will portray activity accurately, whilst optimising the University’s reputation and position in the sector. Through the assimilation and tracking of key information and the coordination of project activity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders across the university in the implementation and delivery of the project. You will have a proven track record of providing professional administrative support to a busy team and will need to work flexibly to balance priorities and organise work to key milestones.
