UQ Business School
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is one of the flagship programs of the School. UQ’s Business School’s MBA is the #1 ranked MBA Program in Asia-Pacific (for six consecutive years) and #16 in the world according to The Economist.
The UQ Business School has a dedicated professional staff team of 65 staff who take pride in the high service orientated culture.
The Role
The MBA Careers Consultants seek to develop personal and professional outcomes for MBA students and alumni. The aim is to provide industry connections and graduate outcomes to enhance the student experience, and strengthen engagement with industry.
The UQ Business School vision is for the roles to be a recognised, responsive and valued partner, providing expert career solutions to MBA students and alumni ensuring the realisation of career aspirations within an environment of learning excellence.
The Person
The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience. You will also have proven understanding of issues relating to the recruitment and employment opportunities for senior executives within Australia and overseas. High level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are essential as is the ability to liaise with and influence a wide variety of current and potential stakeholders. Importantly, you will possess the skills and capability to assess MBA employability and be able to promote MBA talent to business, industry and government.

Remuneration
The UQ Business School currently has two opportunities:
A full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 7. The remuneration package will be in the range $81,883 - $89,559p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $95,803 - $104,784 p.a.); and
A fixed-term appointment for 10 months from 25th June 2018. The remuneration package will be in the range $81,883 - $89,559p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $89,662 - $98,067 p.a. pro rata)
