Haben Sie Erfahrung in der Überwachung von Bauprojekten und Investitions-Vorhaben? Erfahrung in der Einhaltung entsprechender Vorschriften und Zeitvorgaben sowie Gebäudesicherheit? Treffen die folgenden Punkte für Sie zu?
- Berufsausbildung mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung und/oder ein Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen
- Berufspraxis im Baubereich und Projektmanagement (idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb)
- Kenntnis der Managementsysteme OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 und ISO 50001
- MS Office und verhandlungssicherer Deutsch
