An exciting role has emerged for a Sales Manager who is ready to take on a challenge with one of the world's leading medical technologies and solutions companies, that is at the forefront of technological progress.

Are you an experienced sales professional that is ready to go further than the usual generic training and actually identify strategies to enhance and further sales in a top company?

Do you want to consult on excellence in selling and be able to really influence one of the leading medical devices companies to its core?

Feeling up to the challenge?

You need:

* A degree in Business, Healthcare or Engineering sciences (MSc / MBA preferred)
* Sales and/or Sales Management experience with proven track record (+5 years)
* Proven experience in developing people and/or managing teams (+3 years)

Your job:

* Design training & developmental content, focusing on Manager and salesforce level
* Deliver the Sales Excellence curriculum to mixed senior audiences
* Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvements and integrate into existing and new programs
