Contact Service Manager - Dutch and French - Belgium

For one of our great international client within Health industry, we are looking for Contact Service Manager, with solid customer care experience or within sales and contact centres. We want an ambitious individual that wants to use his people skills to improve the service and manage a team.

The role is a very customer-orientated one combined with managing a team that will attend customers and patients both on the phone and directly on the field. As a manager for the Contact service that the company provides to its patients and users with health issues, this is a chance for you to use your people skills to have direct impact on people's lives.

In the role you will make sure that the team is attending all requests on the field and meet KPIs, you will train the team and will contribute to improve the department.

Requirements for the role:

• Solid customer service experience (minimum 4-5 years)
• Managerial or coordination experience
• Fluent Dutch and French
• Excellent organizational skills
• based around Antwerp and Brussel
• Experience in health care and medical is a plus
