The company, orthopaedics and spine technology leader, is looking for a sales specialist in East Germany who wants to expand product portfolio selling high quality devices in the already established accounts. What is more, since the line managers have excellent surgical background, they will be able to give you training, coaching and make sure you are progressing professionally.

What is interesting, unlike most international medical technology organisations, this company pride themselves having a relaxed and also understanding environment, they do give you time to learn and build your customer base, they do not expect you to start selling technology within first few weeks or even months. Therefore, you will have time to learn at your own pace.

Sales experience in surgical devices, some experience in the OR. German and English languages are necessary. The candidate will ideally be based in Berlin, where the selling network is located.
