International Biometric Director - more flexibility

I am currently working with a client who is looking for a International Biometrics Director. You will be working on the developing, implementing and executing part for the Biometric department. Structuring and coordinating it with other departments across the company on an international scale. Because they are expanding, they are give you the flexibility of developing the business plan, and be a part of the company's development.

You will also be running a team of five people working on analysing the data from the clinical trials for the different products that the company is representing. Because the company is now going through a development phase, the responsibility of the product portfolio the company is representing will be expanding. Making sure that you will not get board in terms of the work you are doing. Also, because the portfolio you are working on is expanding, the team you are supporting will also grow, constantly giving you the opportunity to work on your managerial experience, and make you feel like you constantly have the chance to improve yourself and develop professionally.

Requirements:
* Background in Biostatistics
* Management experience.
* Living in France, or can relocate.
* Have a commercial mind-set.
