THE JOB

• Leading the clinical operations team as the company expands its capabilities in Copenhagen and globally.
• Leadership and guidance of a Global Clinical Operations of +40 people.
• Responsibility for development activity regionally and globally.
• You will be responsible for the budget development and control.
• Stakeholder management and liaison to other relevant departments to ensure alignment and achieve cross-functional goals.
• Leading a department with a total annual budget ranging in the double-digit million €.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences and extensive global experience with early as well as late-stage clinical trials, preferably including the USA, Japan and China.
• 10 years of experience+, some as clinical head or director.
• You think business oriented and can organise and plan processes, which optimise and support your team's tasks. It is essential that you are focused, can prioritise and keep calm, when deadlines are tight, And the stakes are high.
• Experienced negotiator in English.
