Clinical Trainer - Global Role in Wound Care - Germany

International renowned surgical device and wound care company have released a new product portfolio and is looking for experienced clinical trainer to join them in Germany and DACH.

It is a unique position where you will be developing training for medical professionals (doctors, nurses), will work closely with sales force and marketing professionals making sure they are up to date with product use and new product development.

There will be chances to get into a team leading position as well since the company is expanding. What is more - it is already a renowned structure, therefore you will get a chance to get your name in the industry and develop within training & education sector.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • training of surgical professionals (inside and outside of the organisation)
  • plan, design of training materials and strategic qualification program for Wound Care customers and users (content creation and E-learning)
  • representing the global company in fairs and other official events
  • performing in house and external workshops
  • travelling and visiting customers and explaining wound products to hospitals professionals



Key Requirements for this Surgical Trainer position include:


* several years of experience in a training position for medical technology devices
* fluent German and good English

* content creation - experience developing surgical training before
* background in the operating room is highly beneficial

* wound care knowledge would be ideal, but medical/surgical background will suffice
* candidates must be able to be in the office in Germany, Baden Wuerttemberg 50% of the time with the ability to travel extensive across the area. Re-locators from other countries are welcome
