Qualified Social Worker - Reducing Caseloads - Competitive hourly rate - South East London

NonStop's client is looking for experienced social workers to join their children services, with the aim of reducing the current caseloads. With the average of 30 caseloads, the plan is to reducing cases to 20 per social worker, so we are seeking to hiring new staff to be integrated within the service, instead of back-filling positions. Allowing you to have the time to focus on the cases that you hold in depth, allowing you to make a difference within your role.

This local authority is based in South East London and do have a busy work environment. There is a lot of support offered to social workers as managers will set out a clear work plan, making it easier for workers to manage there caseloads. Pay is very competitive for this role, leaving you with more money in your pocket up to £35 per hour.
